Resilience® Baked Oatmeal

Baked oatmeal is so quick and simple and makes a delicious cake for breakfast - that’s just as healthy as oatmeal! We love it with the hints of turmeric, lemon, and ginger 💛

Ingredients:

  • 1 heaping tsp Resilience® Turmeric Elixir
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • ½ a banana
  • 2 tbsp of almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of sea salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend thoroughly.
  3. Pour mixture into an oven-safe bowl or ramekin and bake for 23-25 min (or until golden brown on top).
  4. Let cool and enjoy!
