Baked oatmeal is so quick and simple and makes a delicious cake for breakfast - that’s just as healthy as oatmeal! We love it with the hints of turmeric, lemon, and ginger 💛
Ingredients:
- 1 heaping tsp Resilience® Turmeric Elixir
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- ½ a banana
- 2 tbsp of almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- A pinch of sea salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into an oven-safe bowl or ramekin and bake for 23-25 min (or until golden brown on top).
- Let cool and enjoy!
