The True Cost Of Trump’s Tariffs: Small Businesses Speak Out
Small businesses are reeling under the weight of Trump tariffs. Anjali Bhargava the owner of Anjali’s Cup which sells chai concentrate and turmeric blends says the current economic climate along with tariffs are threatening small businesses. The U.S. has about 36 million small businesses that account for about 99.9% of all U.S. businesses. So what impact are tariffs having on small businesses and how are larger retailers like Walmart and Amazon able to skirt their impact. CNBC spoke with small business owners to find out.
