Resilience® Chia Pudding

A simple, tasty, and nourishing breakfast, ready to go.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Resilience® Turmeric Elixir
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar, cover, and leave in the fridge overnight
  2. Enjoy the next morning for breakfast or later for a snack 😋
