Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Resilience® Turmeric Elixir
- 3 tbsp chia seeds

¾ cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar, cover, and leave in the fridge overnight
