Resilience® Chia Seed Water

Chia seed water is going viral on TikTok - we've decided to make a tastier version that's even better for you by adding Resilience® Turmeric Elixir.

Regularly consuming chia seeds helps with digestion, heart and bone health, blood sugar control, weight loss, and inflammation. These tiny seeds are packed with protein, calcium, Omega-3s, and antioxidants. Paired with the benefits of our turmeric, this drink is really incredible for your body.

Ingredients:

  • 1 heaping teaspoon of Resilience Turmeric Elixir or the contents of 1 single serve sachet (already mixed with a little water so it doesn’t clump)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  •  (optional) ½-1 tsp honey/maple syrup/agave nectar

Directions:

  1. In a glass, add the Resilience® Turmeric Elixir and a little bit of water. Mix well (this ensures there are no clumps).
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and let soak for 10-20 min or longer.
  3. Enjoy!
