The best smoothie to start your day feeling strong 💪🏼
Can be made up to a few days in advance if stored in the fridge 💛
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Resilience® Turmeric Elixir
- 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach
- 1 fresh or frozen banana (or 1 fresh or frozen avocado)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (soak in water overnight to make them easier to blend)
- 1 teaspoon Resilience Turmeric Elixir
- 2-4 dates for sweetness
- Oat/almond milk, coconut water, or orange juice to help it blend
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
