Resilience® Green Smoothie

The best smoothie to start your day feeling strong 💪🏼

Can be made up to a few days in advance if stored in the fridge 💛

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Resilience® Turmeric Elixir 
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 fresh or frozen banana (or 1 fresh or frozen avocado)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (soak in water overnight to make them easier to blend)
  • 1 teaspoon Resilience Turmeric Elixir 
  • 2-4 dates for sweetness
  • Oat/almond milk, coconut water, or orange juice to help it blend

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
