Green Smoothie with Resilience Turmeric Elixir

The best smoothie to start your day feeling strong!💪🏼 Can be made up to a few days in advance if stored in the fridge💛✨

Blend together:

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 fresh/frozen banana or 1 fresh/frozen avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (soaked in a little water overnight to make them easier to blend)
  • 1 teaspoon Resilience Turmeric Elixir 
  • 2-4 dates for sweetness
  • Oatmilk, coconut water, or orange juice to help it blend
