When mangoes are in season, this is a bowl I can have for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert!
Ingredients:
- 1 heaping tsp Resilience ® Turmeric Elixir
- 1 medium-to-large mango, peeled and cut
- ⅔ cup Greek Yogurt (or vegan yogurt alternative - I love Anita's Yogurt)
- 1 heaping scoop protein powder of choice (I use Sprout Living Epic Protein)
- 1-2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia gel (chia seeds soaked in approx. double the amount of water)
- ⅛ tsp cardamom (I love Burlap and Barrel's cloud forest cardamom)
- 1-2 tsp sweetener of choice, adjust depending on the ripeness/sweetness of the mango (I use Just Date Syrup)
- A handful of ice cubes
- Optional: a small piece of fresh ginger to add a lovely bite
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend thoroughly.
- Pour into your favorite bowl, add your favorite garnishes, and enjoy!
Note: Easily serve as a drink by adding a little milk of your choice when blending.
