When mangoes are in season, this is a bowl I can have for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert!
1 medium to large mango peeled and cut
2/3 cup Greek Yogurt (or go vegan with Anita's Yogurt)
1 heaping scoop Sprout Living Epic Protein
1-2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 tablespoon chia gel (chia seeds soaked in ~ double water)
1 heaping tsp Resilience Turmeric Elixir 💛
1/8 tsp Burlap and Barrel cloud forest cardamom
1-2 tsp Just Date Syrup as needed, depending on the ripeness/sweetness of the mango
Handful of ice cubes
- Small piece of fresh ginger to add a lovely bite.
- A handful of spinach. You’ll lose the beautiful golden color but the taste doesn’t change much and the leafy greens are worth it!

To serve as a drink, thin it out with a little of your milk of choice. I'd probably go with almond milk for this.
