- ½ tsp matcha
- 1 tsp Resilience Turmeric Elixir
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 oz hot water
- 6 oz warm milk of choice (we like oat)
Sift the matcha into a glass or mug and add the hot water. Whisk until it becomes foamy on top. Then add the Resilience Turmeric Elixir and sugar, and mix. Add the oat milk and enjoy!
This is also so delicious made with cold milk and poured over ice!
