- 1-1½ tbsp lemon juice (can be frozen into a cube in advance)
- 1 rounded tsp Resilience Turmeric Elixir
- 1 tbsp hot water
- Some sweetener (optional)
- A large handful of ice cubes
- In a pint glass mix the lemon juice, Resilience Turmeric Elixir, hot water, and sweetener.
- Add ice cubes.
- Pour seltzer over until glass is full. Pour slowly so it doesn’t fizz over!
