  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 heaping teaspoon of Resilience Turmeric Elixir or the contents of 1 single serve sachet (already mixed with a little water so it doesn’t clump)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • (OPTIONAL) ½ - 1 teaspoon honey/maple syrup/agave nectar
  • Let it soak 10-20 mins or longer💛
