- Boiling water
- 1 bag of black tea
- ¼ tsp Anjali’s Chai Masala (either variety)
- ½ - 1 tsp sweetener of choice
- 3-4 oz whole milk or cream (or a vegan alternative)
Steep your bag of tea in 4-5 oz boiling hot water and add the Chai Masala. Strain the tea and add sweetener. Froth and warm up the milk/cream. If you don’t have a milk frother you can easily do it by shaking the milk in a jar or smoothie shaker bottle for 30 seconds and then microwaving it until the froth rises. Add it to the chai and enjoy!
