Masala Chai Latte

Way better than your average Chai Latte...

Ingredients:

  • ¼ tsp Anjali's Chai Masala w/ Extra Ginger
  • 4-5 oz boiling water
  • 1 bag of black tea
  • ½-1 tsp sweetener of choice
  • 3-4 oz whole milk or cram (or any vegan alternative)

 Directions:

  1. Steep your bag of black tea in boiling hot water and add Anjali's Chai Masala.
  2. Strain the tea and add sweetener of choice. 
  3. Froth and warm up milk of choice - if you don’t have a milk frother, you can easily obtain similar results by shaking the milk in a jar or shaker bottle for 30 seconds and then microwaving it until the froth rises. 
  4. Add it to the chai and enjoy!
